Guarantee - we will gladly exchange any product determined to be defective (excluding art design and colors) upon notification within 7 days of delivery. Colors will be matched as closely as possible, however no guarantee of exact match.

Cancellation Policy - orders cancelled prior to production will be subject to a restocking fee. Orders may not be cancelled after production begins.

Trademarks - all logos displayed are the property of their respective owners. The use of these logos does not constitute endorsement by MyCustomH2O.com or an established relationship between that of MyCustomH2O.com and the trademark owners.

Lead Time - orders will normally ship within 15 days after artwork is approved. Shipping time will vary depending on "ship-to" location, and level of service requested.
